Job Description

    Responsibilities:1. Site Management: Oversee fabrication activities at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.2. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and construction teams coordinate fabrication activities with other construction activities, such as installation and assembly.3. Resource Management: Manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency in fabrication operations.4. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that fabricated components meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in fabrication activities.6. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to fabrication teams, resolving technical issues and addressing design discrepancies as they arise.7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of fabrication activities, including progress reports, inspection reports, and material certifications.8. Problem-solving: Identify and troubleshoot fabrication-related issues, proposing practical solutions to overcome obstacles and minimize project delays.9. Client Interaction: Interface with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on fabrication progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.10. Cost Management: Monitor fabrication costs and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.11. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to fabrication teams, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing to enhance overall performance.
