    About Liability Sales:The Liability Sales department focuses on the liability acquisition, assets, and retail forex business for the bank. The department drives business from 4000branches and is responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex Business to increase the retailbook of the bankRole & responsibilitiesIt is a field sales Job. The Job involves extensive traveling within the assignedarea and conducting market/customer mapping with the primary responsibilities mentioned below.Business Development Executives are a part of the Banks front-line sales team.Their primary responsibility is the sales of the banks products to new customers for the bank.They will be required to take part in offsite marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.They are responsible for selling banking and third-party products to customers based on their needs.They are responsible for handling customer queries.Business Development Executives are required to achieve targets assigned by the bank within an initial 6 months for confirmation of their serviceKey Responsibilities:Selling of banks and third-party products to new customers.Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross-selling of more products.Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role AMFI, EUIN, etc.). Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.Daily entry of interaction with customers in the bank CRM system.Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.Participate and follow all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank from time to timePreferred candidate profileTo acquire New to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships by selling: Savings Accounts.Current Accounts.Term Deposits.Debit / Credit Cards.PG Products Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual Fund / Retail Asset Products / Online Trading).Responsible for achieving monthly sales targetsTo fulfill KYC and compliance norms.To reach out to High high-net-worth individuals.To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers.Skills High Sales orientation for achieving numbers good convincing and Negotiation skills.CTC2.28 Lpa 16.5k in-hand)- Sales Officer 1 Freshers2.56 Lpa 19.3k in-hand Sales officer 2 6 months exp in sales NBFC, BFSI, Banking)3.56 LPA Assistant manager 2 NBFC, BFSI, Banking) banking ExposureBenefit:Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy including family for 4,00,000Employees plus 3 dependants are covered under the floater policy.
