Job Description_ Feild Service EngineerResponsible for performing the routine/preventive maintenance, servicing, and breakdown repairs on PGNAA/PFTNAA analyzers installed in PAN India.Support the analyzer installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites and to provide remote support to the clients as needed.Delivering demonstrations to ensure the customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.Provide detailed service reports on a regular basis as soon as service visits are completed.Understanding customer needs and concerns, Providing a high level of customer service.Contribute actively to the achievement of CAS and business goals.Travel as advised by the reporting manager to provide customer service.Minimum Qualification:Education: Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical field.Years of Experience: > 3 yrs working experience handling the field equipments.Additional advantage: Knowledge & Hands On experience: Process Analyzers- in relevant process Industries.Competency: Interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills, customer management and handling challenging situation.,
