Job Description

    - Lead expert tools and platforms for field execution ( FSR, Consultant, Perform Partners)-Drive all projects and evolutions associated these platforms, in line with Services offer creation ; ensure streamlined processes and best in class user s experience What you will do: Services Line of Business growth ambition is fueled by innovation that will that will drastically change our Field Execution. Field population (FSR, consultants, partners ) need the best-in-class Digital ecosystem, plugged onto bFS, to deliver Schneider Electric expertise to our customers : track installed base, perform maintenance activities, perform diagnostics on installed products, collect and analyze data on premises, deliver customer report, etc . In this position, you will lead globally the expert tools suite for our field force (4000 FSR, as well as certified subcontractors and partners), ensuring the performance, quality and cyber security, with following missions : Own Field Services Expert Tools : in close connection with Offer Creation teams (Services and Products ), ensure the delivery and performance of SW ap plication that enable our field force to perform maintenance activities on our assets : diagnostic, data collection, troubleshooting (Tuners, Prodiag, Maint, etc.) and Knowledge Management (TIPI). Ensure the quality, cyber security, performance and constant evolutions of those platforms, and their contribution to key growth priorities of Services Line of Business (e.g., Partners strategy, licensing management, remote resolution, data avail ability for AI, etc. Ensure the best users experience and keep constant feedback loop with user s representatives to feed enhancement backlog Lead globally Test and Support for the full scope of application owner by the Center of Excellence : on top of above application scope, partner with other PO s (OnSite SW, MPS SW, Augmented Operator Advisor Platform) to set up best in class organization for Test and User s support. Develop bes t practices, tools, KPI s to ensure SLAs are met (speed and quality). Measure on regular basis users satisfaction. Maintain and efficient the network of excellence and animate this network Manage functionally Cybersecurity advisor for Services LoB : vulnerability management, security compliance, awareness & training, etc . on both Services Offer Creation and Internal SW. Build the best team and partnerships : direct management of a team of approx. 20 people collocated across 2 locations (India and Europe ), develop new Digital expertise in the team, manage contractual relationship with external vendors ; Empower each platform team through Agile implementation, *. Masters degree. Proven l eadership and team management skills : ability to lead geographically dispersed teams.. Strong collaborative spirit. Digital Platform management. Agile management. Services Operations
