Job Description

Job Brief Customer-Centric Approach: Collaborate with the Credit Operations teams to ensure swift and attentive responses to customer needs, fostering a strong customer-centric culture. Operational Excellence: Guarantee that on-ground activities align with the companys strategic vision and execute plans effectively across all the brands we collaborate with. Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the CEO to define and implement the companys vision, operational strategy, and assess hiring requirements. Goal Setting and Performance Management: Translate the strategic vision into concrete objectives for enhanced performance and growth. Implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning. Efficient Operations: Oversee all company operations, driving employee productivity, and nurturing an inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive and meet organizational outcomes.Daily And Monthly Responsibilities Process Enhancement. Analyze internal operations and identify opportunities for process improvement. Strategic Planning: Develop practical business strategies and action plans to ensure alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives in collaboration with the CEO. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor performance, intervening when necessary to maintain efficiency and excellence. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations and collaboration.Skills And Qualifications Educational Background: A Masters degree in business administration (MBA/PGDM/PGDBM) or a related field. Industry: Experience in Banking / Financial institute would be an added advantage Executive Leadership: A minimum of 8 years of experience in executive leadership positions, demonstrating a track record of successful management and decision-making. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with unwavering determination and personal integrity. Business Planning: Understanding of advanced business planning and expertise in addressing regulatory issues. Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and working with performance metrics to make informed decisions.
