Job Description

Deep knowledge of complete Taxation / all Legal compliances & ROC.
To deal with banks for credit limits & other bigger areas.
Supervision of all accounts work up to the finalisation of the Balance Sheet with knowledge of all compliance of the company, LLP, Partnership & proprietorship.
Handle monthly Audits
To Analyse & review all kinds of MIS Reports.
Leadership Quality to Handle team
Coordination with CA
Maintain the financial health of the organisation.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
