Job Description

Hiring Financial Controller for Delhi based organisation-New Delhi: Residential Projects across INdia Experience: 8-18 years CTC: upto 25 lacs only Industry: Real estate/construction /FMCG will be preferred Responsibilities - Corporate office and project Accounting/RERA- GST management for 8-10 project sites- Financial and Management Accounting - Preparation of budgets, MIS reports and annual financial statements, including preparation of financial resource allocation. Monitor and analyze the actual operations with the budget and prepare variance reports- Liaison with Bankers, auditors, customers, suppliers etc and also carry out administrative works wherever required .- Overseeing the functions of the internal audit department- Handling multi-locational, multi-billion projects across the country, sub-contracts handling, project follow-up and monitoring etc. Expert in project completion through innovative modelling.,
