Job Description

    Responsibilities:1.Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere in the reception area.2.Client Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.3.Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for real estate agents and clients, managing calendars and ensuring smooth scheduling operations.4.Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks such as managing mail, maintaining office supplies, and keeping the reception area tidy and organized.5.Property Listings Support: Assist with updating property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.6.Client Assistance: Provide information to clients regarding available properties, real estate transactions, and other related inquiries, offering exemplary customer service at all times.7.Database Management: Maintain client databases and records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.8.Team Support: Assist real estate agents and other team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Qualifications:1.Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.2.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.3.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.4.Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with real estate software or CRM systems is a plus.5.A positive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.6.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
