Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC, Loan. We are looking for a business product manager who can spearhead the payments & settlements charter for offline payments vertical. About the Role : Improving Payments & settlements experience of merchants is a critical focus area. We are looking for a business manager who can spearhead the payments & settlements charter for offline payments vertical. This is a very high visibility role where the candidate has to drive the roadmap collaborating with senior leaders across different verticals. Business Manager would be responsible for ensuring a smooth payments & settlements experience for the merchants. He would be responsible for launching features to accelerate the core growth metrics by providing first in class payments & settlements experience. Roles & Responsibilities : - Be the business owner of settlement Success rates and app experience of merchants with respect to settlements.- Creating product requirements and long-term vision to improve merchant settlement experience by Data analytics and market insights.- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Product, PG Team, Finance etc. to develop and execute strategies to provide first in class experience to Merchants- Engage with central leaders across verticals to develop and drive the roadmap for merchant experience. - Ensuring product development is on track and provide regular updates to CEOs office.- Central point person to evaluate and provide go ahead for any launch related to merchant payment experience. - Engaging Merchants to capture feedback, pain-points, develop insights, evangelize, and educate - Understand the pain points of every cohort of merchants through close collaboration with Sales team, Customer Support team & via market visits. - Use market research, analysis, and direct engagement with our internal and external customers to create product requirements and define success metrics- Anticipate the needs to the merchants and drive product & technical capabilities to cater to the increasing scale. - Extensive stakeholder interactions with leaders across payments, technical, other product teams to bring a synergy - Highly analytical and obsessed to improve the experience of merchants.- Identifying short-and long-term investment opportunities, evaluating tradeoffs, and driving the experience and product roadmap. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: - Bachelors (or higher) degree in Engineering. (Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus) - 10+ years of professional product management- Should have relevant experience in Consumer Internet industry /Fintech in similar roles Bachelors degree in engineering or related field from reputed colleges.- Experience owning roadmap strategy & definition- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation. - Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex negotiations across functions.- Prior experience in e-commerce industry is a plus .
