Job Description

    General Manager OperationsJob descriptionKEY RESULT AREAS- CHIEF ESTATE MANAGER
    • Policies- Conceptualizing, modifying and implementing administrative policies/ procedures while ensuring optimum utilization of available resources across various functions.
    • Cost Optimization-Providing cost effective service operations to provide support .
    • Strategic measures-Streamline administration by scrutinizing flaws and devise strategic measures for betterment.
    • Budgetary Controls-Devising budgets; leading office administration functions to ensure optimum & effective utilization of resources
    • Maintenance-Efficiently supervising & monitoring maintenance operations while ensuring adherence to quality & safety parameters
    • Audits-Auditing compliance related to service levels, timely delivery, approvals, indenting and stock maintenance
    • AMC & Vendor management-Administering outsourcing of AMCs for maintenance of office building, infrastructure, office equipment, machinery and other assets of the company. Accountable for developing reliable and cost efficient vendors for effective delivery of services. Negotiating with and finalising service agreements with reliable vendors for execution of servicing works.
    • Systems & processes-Formulating checklists, log sheets, audit questionnaires and implements for PPM. Disseminating feedback to technical team and creating an atmosphere where safety measures and best practices are in place.
    • Team Building-Liaising between non-technical and technical team. Developing and commencing procedures manual in association with HODs and maintaining documentation thereby leading to stronger operational controls.
    • Internal Controls-Review existing systems & procedures and design internal controls for various operational areas for achieving higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost reduction.
    • SOPS- Complying with standard operating procedures and instructions and occupying key position in steering end to end operations of processes and timely delivery as per desired TAT.
    • Rounds-Surprise rounds in order to identify timelines adherence in routine work/condition of areas in the complex
    • Liasioning-With government authorities- Police/CIDCO mainly for security and complex issues
    • Legal & Compliance- Ongoing contract management, NOC s of complex, and other compliances.
