- Create business opportunities by identifying potential customers & their decision makers.- Conduct exploratory meetings with potential clients.- Conduct market research & competitors business analysis. - Plan strategies and roadmap for business growth. - Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets. - To penetrate all targeted accounts and generate sales opportunities. - To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.- To be an interface between the client and internal support teams. - Responsible for achieving targets based on client acquisition and revenue generation.- Formulate sales policies and procedures to enhance brand visibility and product reach to all potential key clients. - Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.- Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.- Work strategically - carry out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.- Train members of the team and build a strong team.- Discuss promotional strategy and activities in the region, as needed.- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.- Create a sales pipeline. Understand the companys goal and purpose to continually enhance the companys performance.- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management.- Handle customer grievances and drive it to a positive conclusion to the satisfaction of the customers.,
