Job OverviewWe are looking for Graphic designers to work closely with the product (UX) design team. We prefer candidates with 2 and 4 years of experience.Major tasks include creating designs and layouts for banners, brochures, info graphics, landing pages, covers, and other collateral.Job Responsibilities Understand requirements and context, and translate them into high-quality visuals. Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including info graphics, book covers, annual reports, and other materials. Must ensure quality and timely delivery of projects. Maintain brand and design consistency across all projects. Must stay updated with design trends, and how they can be implemented and improved upon.Ideal Candidate Has worked across a wide range of channels - offline, online, digital, and affiliate marketing. Contributes ideas and conceptual artwork to the overall brief. Good verbal communication, with an excellent eye for detail. Well-versed in typography, imagery, colors, composition, and visual layouts. Demonstrates illustrative skills with conceptual sketches for creative campaigns. Ability to absorb and apply constructive feedback from peers and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In-design, and other design software.Good-to-have Experience in designing e-learning courses. Advanced knowledge of 3D software like Blender, Cinema 4D, or After Effects. Experienced in handling video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, and Premiere Pro
