Job Description

Fund Raising, buy and sell side experience- The person must also have independent relationships with PE Funds- The incumbent should have extensive experience in fundraising through private equity- Strong experience in identifying, converting, and developing successful business relationships with Banks, FIIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, and other Institutional Investor segments- Lead financial modeling, roadshows and led all discussions with investors - Tracking deal pipeline and monitored bridge requirements.- Forecasting different scenarios of making investments and realizations.- Should assist MD in strategically collating information to be sent to Investment Bankers.- Shoot mails & info to Investment Bankers to invite them for presentations on specific dates with specific slots.- Should act as a facilitator between MD, Banker & prospective investors.Incumbent strictly needs to adhere to the recruitment channel and shall contact HR only for participation in the recruitment process.
