They have a fabulous online presence along with over 1000 touchpoints like salons, retail stores and beauty shops.As a HR Head/ Business Partner, you will be responsible for manpower planning and budgeting.What you will do:- Identifying manpower needs and vacancies including need for development of recruitment programs to ensure alignment of organizational needs to manpower plans- Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs- Scaling up TA - building inhouse capabilities, investing in employer branding, setting up processes for superior job seeker experience and ensuring that top quality talent joins the organization in a time-bound manner- Partnering with business leaders to drive better employee engagement, retention and and performance management- Leading the way in implementing change initiatives related to the same like performance, recognition, and policies- Building a strong culture that is professional, transparent, encourages new ideas from all the employees and one that also enables growth and adds value to the business and employees- Providing leadership, strategizing and overseeing the development of HR processes and policies and ensuring the achievement of the overall business objectives- Establishing strong HR processes and functions that effectively communicate and support the companys mission and vision- Being a strategic HR advisor and also a SPOC in presenting the HR needs, plans and ideas to the Executive Management teamDesired Candidate ProfileWhat you need yo have:- 10+ years of experience in a fast paced startup environment- Relevant work experience of 6-8 years with a mix of experience across functional areas like TA, HRBP etc- Excellent communication, negotiation, listening, interpersonal and analytical skills,
