Job Description

    Head - HR- A Leading mid size law firm is looking to hire a Head HR with 15-22 years of experience.- As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR department within the organization.- You will play a strategic role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the companys overall goals and objectives.- Your primary focus will be on driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:HR Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organizations short-term and long-term objectives.- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals and foster a positive work culture.- Identify HR trends, best practices, and innovative approaches to enhance the overall effectiveness of HR functions.Talent Acquisition and Management:- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.- Develop strategies for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the right candidates for open positions.- Implement effective onboarding programs and talent development initiatives to promote employee growth and retention.Performance Management and Employee Development:- Design and implement performance management systems to drive high performance and ensure accountability.- Develop and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting career advancement opportunities.Employee Relations and Engagement:- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.- Implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.Compensation and Benefits:- Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain employees.- Conduct regular market research to ensure the organizations compensation packages remain competitive.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend improvements as needed.HR Compliance and Risk Management:- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal and ethical compliance.- Mitigate HR-related risks and handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and objective manner.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.- Proven experience as an HR leader or in a similar senior HR management role.- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.,
