Industry - Printing / PackagingCategory - IT & SystemsJob Type - Permanent Description - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, report progress through periodic status updates and phase gate reviews, influence and drive efficiency in plants.Ideate, Design and Implement Digitalization initiatives in the company to enable adoption of new business models and provide new revenue value-producing opportunities.Client Details : Our client - Market leader from past 45 years and one of the largest player in manufacturing & production industry pertaining to packaging, lamination & labelling applications based out of Delhi.Description : - Devise and update Information Technology & IT Applications Strategy along with road maps for the business as a functional process owner - Improve & drive ERP application projects from IT and also facilitate project implementation by proper coordination between users, vendors etc.- Experience in driving multiple Automation Projects for Manufacturing Plants including Digital Manufacturing using technologies like MES, IoT, Cloud and Mobility- Prepare & control the annual IT Infrastructure & Application budget including manpower, AMC & projects. - Define and roll-out of the IT policies and processes related to IT Infrastructure & Applications and End User Computing Devices, Server Management - Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits - Should have expertise on IT security systems. Experience with supporting security technologies such as firewalls, proxies, web and email filters, application whitelisting, sandboxing, SIEM, threat intelligence, vulnerability scanning, syslog, IDS. - Assess project requirement at the regional/HO teams and give necessary technical guidance to the teams to meet the required deadlines. - Manage and mentor a team to provide best in class support to the business. - Extensive experience in IT Application Project Management - Ability to lead Vendor evaluation, selection and contract negotiation processesProfile: - BTech Computer Science / MBA, with 13 years of experience in IT, within a Manufacturing (preferably Process Industry) setup- Must Have prior Experience in supporting S/4 HANA at the HO & Manufacturing Units across different locations- Experience in S/4 HANA implementation, support and rollout; business process re-engineering / design (AS-IS, TO-BE) with focus on process improvementJob Offer : Attractive remunerationCredibility & ownershipTo apply online please click the Apply button below.
