Job Description

    Head - Retail Top MBA Delhi 8 years+Industry - Retail Category - Operations Skills - Sales, EBO, Retail- Formulate and execute strategies to achieve and surpass sales, profitability and cash flow targets.- Deliver a consumer centric retail ecosystem with true Omni channel capability.Client Details : Our client is in the top Retail companies in the India. They are looking for someone who can contribute to/head their Sales team.Description :- Lead retail channel sales team with the aim of extending market leadership.- Establish strategy and best practices for staff to ensure achievement of overall business objectives.- Proactively manage and review the performance and progress of Regional Managers and their regions, sets objectives and targets; works with the team to develop individual training plans.- Take a lead role in building a strong sales management culture with the operations team; spend time coaching the team, identifying skills and opportunities for development; provide advice and guidance on shop manager issues when needed.- Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and to implement change and improvements.- Influence and support the retail element of the annual budget process ensuring understanding and buy in from the operations teamProfile :- Ideal candidate would have over 7 years of relevant experience in commercial roles in the Retail sector- Strong communication and people leadership skills and bias to fact-based, analytical ways of working- Proven record of effectively managing people across different levels of experience/rank/capability/motivation level is required to succeed in the role- MBA from Top B School- Highest drive for results- Forward thinking and the ability to foster innovation with creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives- Extraordinary communication and relationship skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization- Ability to continuously re-prioritize and adapt to change- Be effective at managing change in a dynamic working environmentJob Offer :- Along with an attractive package, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in the company.,
