Job Description

- Acquisition new clients.- Preparation of their CAMs and PDs, presentation of the cases to Credit appraisal committee for sanction and handling of post sanction disbursal that incudes CAM and proper checks and processes of banking.- Financial and credit appraisal as well as appraisal of banking, portfolios, visits to branches and HQs - Managing the overall portfolio health, tracking of compliances, analysis and audit of compliances and management of book debts and financials of disbursed loans.Securitization and direct assignments transactions for the company- Managing the acquisition of portfolios to add to the total book of the NBFC. This involves hunting potential buyouts vide Investment bankers, existing clients and references - Structuring of deals in terms of hurdle rate negotiations and MRR structuring.- Undertaking the entire due diligence as well as negotiating and managing the legal piece of the same.- Post securitization/DA deals the MIS management and payout mechanism vide internal departments- Acquisition and maintenance of Fintech and co lending partnerships- This includes credit policies amalgamation and approvals, technological tie ups, post the same setting up of online appraisal processes as well as disbursal processes - Post tie up, portfolio management as well as managing the health of the portfolio as well as introduction of new products and processes. Managing the overall profitability of the relationships.- Technological updates both at customer interface as well as in the backend API integrationsOther Products : - Retail loans - Personal loans, business loans and mortgage structured funding for SME clients, Loan against shares and Mutual Funds.- Funding for Colleges, Schools and Universities.- Product & Credit lines for trusts - both Medical as well as educational.- Structured financial mortgages deals with large corporates & promoter funding vide ownership stakes,
