Job Description

    About the Role:CaaStle s People Operations and Total Rewards team is adding a Senior Analyst to our globally-growing team. Reporting to the Head of People Operations and Total Rewards, the Senior Analyst will support CaaStle s People-related programs such as payroll administration, reporting, and day-to-day employee data updates.What you ll do:
    • Manage and process US semi-monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate data
    • Partner with Accounting team to process India payroll
    • Runs ad hoc employee data reports and maintains dashboard reporting
    • Respond to employment verification and other related correspondence requests
    • Coordinate with broader Team on People Operations activities, such as onboarding, job changes, and off-boarding.
    • Maintains integrity and confidentiality of employee records
    • Supports internal and external HR related inquiries, such as employment verifications
    • Interact with India benefit providers on plan administration and employee updates
    Wed love for you to have:
    • 3 + years experience in salaried US payroll administration
    • Experience in India payroll administration, preferred
    • Bachelor s degree
    • Experience in People Operations activities
    • Knowledge and work experience with the US and India processes and related statutory requirements.
    • Strong work ethic and adhering to the policies and processes
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong analytical and data management skills along with superior attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels within the company
    • Ability to manage confidential information
    • Ability to interpret policies and procedures
    • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
    • Working knowledge of HRIS tools preferred
    • Global experience preferred
    • Flexible working hours possible to align closer to the US working hours.
