Do you have an analytical bent of mind with an appetite for deep learning into peoples modelled behaviours We may have just the role tailored for your interests.The role The role - Campaign Manager, will be overseeing the data acquisition, data integration & special emphasis on data analysis, strategy formulation & monitoring, decision-making, governance, and developmental aspects of an organization related to public affairs of the country.The ideal candidate will possess a finely balanced blend of:Analysing data to derive meaningful & actionable insightsProblem solving aptitude & appetiteImpeccable interpersonal skills with keen disposition towards crisis resolutionAbility to navigate through ambiguities with decisivenessFair to thorough understanding of socioeconomic and political landscapes of the countryManagerial acumen with a natural knack at driving teams and achieving collaborative objectivesStakeholder management across the organizations hierarchy with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and work with leadership and baseline workforce alikePreferred Masters degree from a Tier-1 institution in any of the abovementioned disciplines1-3 years of qualified experience as an c or of a similar tier roleExceptional track record and a demonstrated fitment to the role will be considered tooLocation: BangaloreLanguage : Tamil CompulsoryExperience : 3-5 years of qualified experience as an Associate or of a similar tier role with a matured, process-driven, and data-rich organization (read MNC)Education : A minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering/Law/Economics/Political Science/Statistics/Mass Communication from a Tier-1 institution
