Achieve targeted scores for guest satisfaction and employee satisfaction for the assigned area within the department4. Assist in staffing and recruitment for the assigned area within Food and Beverage department5. Responsible for generating incremental revenues through up selling, promotions and other techniques6. Interact with guests and handle guest complaints7. He/she is involved in imparting On the Job training in the assigned areas of the department8. Ensure adherence to policies & guidelines in the assigned area9. Maintain company hygiene standards in the front & back areas10.
