Job Description

    India B2BIndia B2B team at Harappa is responsible for taking Harappa offerings to the market; build and sustain Harappa clientele; drive learner engagement to fruition; and drive innovation in Harappa products by acting as an active channel between internal teams and external stakeholders.Role
    • Manage a team of CRM Business Analysts.
    • Provide operational day to day support with ownership of CRM.
    • Analyze complex business problems, identify issues and solve them using data to facilitate informed decision making.
    • Experience in managing forecasting data
    • Work with the sales team to drive process improvements.
    • Provide pre-sales / post-sales operational support.
    • Drive operational excellence and contribute to the development of long-term strategies that capitalize on the companys position in the industry.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders as per business requirement.
    Requirements
    • Strong communication and sharp analytical skills with problem-solving mindset, passion for data, attention to details and aptitude to coordinate multiple tasks.
    • Expert in Advance Excel, Salesforce or Hubspot or any other CRM tool
    • 6 + years of relevant experiencein data and insights
    • Independently handles ambiguous tasks and delivers results with no guidance and intervention.
    • Capacity to prioritize and handle workloads for critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making mindset
