Job Description

Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers for various projects sales teams:1) To lead a team of about 10 in-house pre-sales team members and about 40 members outsourced team to generate quality walk-ins across various projects of the group.2) To improve lead management processes, TATs, and device policies for enabling max lead conversion.3) To assign targets for various team members, monitor their performance, and ensure that all of them achieve targets.4) To monitor the quality of various activities/processes followed at the in-house as well as the outsourced centers.5) To come up with insights that would influence media plans, BTL plans so as to ensure maximum value for the monies spent on various mediums.6) To know and understand the mediums/systems/ Technologies used by other industries to manage leads and adopt best practices in the organization.Skill sets required:1) Very good analytical skills2) Team management abilities3) Experience in sales/pre-sales of organizations such as real estate4) Ability to execute various programs required for high conversion of leads into sales4-7 years of relevant experience.
