(Nearest metro station is Janakpuri West).SALARY: INR 12 LAKH CTC PER ANNUM (MAX)EXPERIENCE Minimum 03 Years as a Team Leader sales .(IT SALES AND EDUCATION SALES PREFFERED)COMMUNICATION FLUENT ENGLISHKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Team Management:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of [Insert Number] members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.Set clear expectations for team members and monitor their progress towards individual and team goals.Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.Project Coordination:Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to plan, prioritize, and execute projects effectively.Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring the right skill sets are utilized for each project.Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.Communication:Facilitate open and transparent communication within the team, ensuring that team members are well-informed about company updates, goals, and changes.Act as a liaison between team members and upper management, conveying feedback and concerns as appropriate.Performance Management:Conduct regular performance evaluations and one-on-one meetings with team members to assess progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for development.Recognize and reward exceptional performance, while addressing performance issues through constructive coaching and corrective actions.Problem Solving:Address challenges and conflicts within the team, promoting effective resolution and maintaining a harmonious work environment.Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve processes and enhance productivity.Training and Development:Identify training needs and opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and competencies.Coordinate training sessions and workshops to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools.Reporting:Prepare regular reports on team performance, project status, and key metrics to present to upper management.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelors degree.Minimum 03 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader.Proven experience in team leadership, including supervising, coaching, and motivating team members.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
