    Urgent Requirement for Senior Sales Manager - CASA in a Leading bank for Delhi NCR.Exp- 2yrs+ in team handlingInterviews will be on 1st Sep.Core ResponsibilitiesKey Focus Areas
    • Team Management:-Leading a team of CCRP to acquire NTB Corporate salary account, to drive cross sell, monitoring of sales process efficiency, drive productivity along with Product Quality mix.
    • Training & Staffing:-Optimum staffing of resources, Training & Sales team management (Both Classroom and Field)
    • Sales Discipline & Input Parameters:-
    • CRM creation for catchment- Segment/ Market/ Industry
    • DSR, Lead Management, Maximum usage of Digital platform
    • Focus on Activities at Industrial estate, commercial/ Business park/ Society/ Clubs etc. around the catchment
    • Business Hygiene & Customer Experience:-Focus on superior TAT, FTR
    • VQVP-Volume with Quality & Value with Productivity will be the mantra of sourcing.
    • Wish-list based sourcing
    • Hook-based sourcing
    • Asset led relationship deepening
    Team & Leadership Engagement
    • Visible engagement with Team & Leadership, covering:
    • Performance monitoring & review ofCCRP
    • Identifying gaps leading to underperformance, providing support items on underperformance, sharing of best practices across teams etc.
    • Implement sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team on core and cross sell targets.
    • Focus on underperforming CCRP
