The Company has the exclusive rights to develop and operate Dominos Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. At present, it operates in India, and through its subsidiary companies in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. JFL is well poised to achieve this as it has unparalleled experience in Indian QSR/ Food service sector and has a portfolio of brands which straddle amongst the top 7 cuisines which consumer love in India. It is the master franchisee for Domino s Pizza and Dunkin in South Asia & expanding its foot print into large categories like Chinese / Fried chicken and Biryani with brands like Hongs Kitchen, Popeye s and Ekdum. It s by far the largest organized QSR company in India, which is investing for future, not only in getting into high frequency categories and white spaces but also investing in its digital backend and focused capital deployment in front end.3. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Jubilant FoodWorks is amidst transformation & expansion which will fuel the next level of growth and this creates both challenges and opportunities. While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a 2000+ Restaurant with Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations. We are looking for an experienced HR Ops & MIS resource who thrives on challenges to make sure that HR becomes astrategic partner to business and is able to equip the business to continue on the journey towards hypergrowth.Purpose of the Job: Managing HR Analytics / Operations & MIS for Emerging brands: Dunkin, Hong s Kitchen, Ekdum + New Brands coming up, all corporate functions, Chef Boss & PopeyesKey responsibilities: Understand various processes involved during employee life cycle including hiring, onboarding, attendance, roster,exit etc. Work with different teams/stakeholders to educate store managers about various processes Work with HR Shared services & restaurant teams to ensure data is correct at all times Support HRIS portal related capability building initiatives at Restaurant level Drive a culture of process adherence including rosters, attendance, punch-in/out, transfers etc. Work with HRBPs & Business teams on simplifying processes as & when needed to drive efficiency Data, MIS,Dashboard & Reporting: Work with HR Shared Services to ensure employee data management with on time & correct updation in thesystem for employee life cycle management
    • Maintain & publish monthly HR Dashboards, Compliance Reports & other key HR metrics. Preparing reports ofdata results along with HRBP Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including HRIS, payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, external best practices and other sources Analyzing the data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices,motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Operational efficiencies & Productivity: Design & develop various ways through which system adaptability & manual intervention can be reduced Understand the TAT to close operational issues & impact of loss. Design ways to streamline the process Ensure all inputs pertaining to payroll, leave, etc. are managed as per SOP within TAT 4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Graduate/Post-graduate with minimum of 4-6 years of experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
