Job Description

    Dear Sir,We are a growing entity in terms of the Labour Compliance Management team, wherein we provide services to our highly elevated clientele and ensure that there is no error at their end. However, with the highly rising criteria to manage the labour compliances in India, we feel that it is always best to keep a backup personal to fulfil the required actions to ensure that there is no delay in our services to our valuable clientele.Hence, this is in connection to the conversation we had in connection to the Labour Compliance Management Personal who can assist us with their proficiency and therefore please be updated with the following criteria which we would like to be fulfilled by the Candidate:*1. Laws Relating to Industrial Relations*- Industrial Disputes Act, 1947- Industrial Employment Standing Order Act, 1946- The Trade Unions Act, 1926*2. Laws Relating to Empowerment and Equity of Women*- Equal Remuneration Act, 1976- The Maternity Benefits Act of 1961*3. The Law That Governs Wages*- The Payment of Wages Act, 1936- Minimum Wages Act, 1948- Journalists working for the Working Class (Fixation of wages) Act of 1958- Bonus Payment Act 1965*4. Laws About the Sections of the Disadvantaged and Deprived Society*- Child Labor (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986- Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act in 1976- Children (Pledging of Labour) Act 1933Provided that if the candidate can fulfil with the knowledge of the above mentioned regulations, we can go ahead with a personal interview round.*_NOTE:_* We are on a tight budget of anything between Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- depending on the knowledge and experience of the candidate which shall be verified at the time of the personal interview round.
