Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities About NMC:-The National Medical Commission has been set up by the Act of the Parliament, the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, to provide for a medical education system that improves access to quality and affordable medical education, ensures availability of adequate and high quality medical professionals in all parts of the country; - Manager HR Role and Responsibilities:
    • Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
    • Managing all HR functions at the NMC Office.
    • Implementation of HR Strategies in NMC towards effective Human Resource Management.
    • Preparing Terms of References / Job Advertisements / Tender Documents / SOPs / HR Policies, as and when needed.
    • Undertaking recruitment and staffing of human resource for NMC.
    • Undertaking Annual Performance Appraisal exercise.
    • Finalizing Contract arrangement with recruitment agencies, as and when needed.
    • Identifying different institutions / Trainers & organize trainings for NMC personnel.
    • Managing MIS / Trackers / Database / Dash Boards.Eligibility:
    • MBA / PGDM in HR from a recognized university/institution with minimum 05 years of post-qualification work experience in Recruitment & other HR functions.
    • MBA with relevant experience in HR, may also be considered.
    • Working experience in Development Sector / Social Sector / NGO is desirable.
    • Knowledge and experience of governmental recruitment, documentation, filing process and procedure in Human Resource management is desirable.
    • Computer proficiency in MS Office Word/ PowerPoint and advance excel skills.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Age Limit:Up to 40 years of age (As on Last date of receiving of applications)Location:New Delhi with willingness to travel to states and districts
