Job Description

    HR operations Manager HR Operations Manager is responsible for steering and implementing all initiatives in the department that directly impact the overall work environment. It includes managing budgets, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems.Role and Responsibilities:
    • The HR operation manager is responsible for execution of all HR decisions taken by management
    • The incumbent is responsible to build good employee relationships and network internally to find out opportunity for supporting and addressing any issues
    • Responsible to support the Director HR & Admin in all administrative people management work like leaves, travel, reimbursement support
    • Managing manpower needs of the organisation and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring the right candidates are on board.
    • Will be responsible for induction, content creations for HR or any other employer brand building activities in the organisation
    • Shall be responsible for implementation of HRMS system and ensure that all HR data is managed through HRMS system and ensure its accuracy and up dation
    • Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery within Employee Relations, Internal Controls & Compliance, Learning, Records & Document Management
    • Should be able to ensure compliance to organisation policies and practices.
    • Manage and monitor dashboards and key HR metrics
    • Manage and support the entire performance management system in the organisation
    • Works closely with Directors on compensation and benefits matters
    • Lead and participate in all initiatives that help build organisation culture and manage the employee engagement and culture related initiatives and offer feedback etc to management
    • Work on multiple projects including KRA reviews, performance management tools, engagement calendar, training calendar etc
    • To coordinate or provide some basic periodical trainings to all Employee
    Educational Qualification and Key Competencies
    • Master in Human Resources Management or relevant field and atleast 8-10 years experience
    • Preferably worked for IT industry as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
    • Experience in policies and PMS related work
    • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities and Team management skills
