Job Description

We are serving over 900+ clients in diverse industries.Work Location: Remote on Permanent basis (e.g. Work from home)Base office location for Remote working- Faridabad, Haryana(Branch Office)Key Responsibilities-1- Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company. 2- Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines. 3- Handling End-End Sourcing activities of the Company at Pan India level. 4- Co-ordinate with Candidates 5- Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates. 6- Sourcing Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References and Self-Data Bank. 7- Arranging conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes. 8- Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis. 9- Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.Note - Minimum 6 Month Experience into Recruitment HRQualificationsGraduate/Undergraduate Only Experience can apply.
