Job descriptionRole:HR Zonal SupportGrade:Assistant/Deputy Manager (full time)Job Purpose:The purpose of the role is to effectively, plan & execute end to end facets of Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, & Stakeholder Management along with providing support for all HR activities for the zone with a customer first approach.About Company:Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited, the investment manager of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, is a joint venture between the Aditya Birla Group and the Sun Life Financial Inc. of Canada. The joint venture brings together the Aditya Birla Groups experience in the Indian market and Sun Lifes global experience. Established in 1994, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (ABSLMF), is co-sponsored by Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) and Sun Life (India) AMC Investments Inc. Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) is the holding company for the financial services businesses of the Aditya Birla Group.Key Deliverables:

  • Onboarding: Ensure employee onboarding & 1st month handholding happens for every new employee. This includes, ecode creation before DOJ, documentation etc & making the employee functional from day 1.
  • MIS, Presentations & Query Resolution: To ensure employee issues/queries are managed & answered as soon as possible with a customer first approach. Ensure Manning & other related MIS is published monthly. Work on critical presentations & data for presentation to senior leadership.
  • Hiring: Ensure sourcing through vendors & self sourcing happens for critical positions, incumbent should have the ability to take preliminary interviews and give their own assessment of a candidate, while following ABG processes like psychometric assessments, aptitude tests are done in time.
  • HR Process & Compliance: Should have the ability to manage BGV cases & conduct qualitative exit interviews. Should be able to manager frontline sales & operations workforce independently & manage escalations if any.
  • Employee Engagement: Should actively participate, plan & execute employee engagement activities for the zone.
Ideal Profile: 1 to 3 years of experience in HRBP or HR support. Employee will be managing a workforce of around 300 employees. Freshers may also apply. Compensation range 3 to 5 lacs plus bonus.
