Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the companys overall business goals and objectives.Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support the achievement of their teams goals.Build and maintain a high-performing HR team that is capable of delivering world-class HR services.Create a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and productivity.Qualifications :2 to 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the Edtech industry.Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.Expertise in all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and. development.Strong. strategic and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.MBA/PGDM in HR (Tire 1 & 2 collage)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per monthSpeak with the employer91-XXXXXXXXXX,
