Job Description

    The Role ContextWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations Associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling HR operations.Key Responsibilities1.HR Systems Management:1.Oversee and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.2.Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR technology solutions.3.Generate and analyze HR reports for data-driven decision-making.2.Onboarding and Offboarding:1.Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.2.Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes, including documentation and compliance.3. Employee Records and Documentation:1.Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company. policies.2.Manage document retention and disposal in accordance with HR guidelines.4.Benefits Administration:1.Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.2.Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues promptly.HR Compliance:3.Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.4.Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and compliance reviews.5. Employee Relations:1.Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.2.Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.6. Training and Development:1.Support HR initiatives related to employee training and development.2.Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs3.Process Improvement:4.Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations.5.Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and enhance existing processes.3.
