The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR operations, including recruiting and hiring, employee training and development, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and other HR-related functions.Qualifications Experience in all aspects of HR management Expertise in HR policies and procedures, recruitment, and performance management Strong communication and. interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and senior management Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines Knowledge of Indian labor laws and familiarity with HR tools and software Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the immigration and visa industry is a plus,
