Note : Graduates from the year of 2015 -2020This is for Edtech Industry.Min 2.5 years experience required in Ed Tech Job DescriptionA Business Development Manager can be summarized as the ideas, initiatives, and activities that help make a business better. This includes increasing revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships and making strategic business decisions.Responsibilities :-

  • Meet revenue numbers through individual targets
  • Deep understanding of Sales is required, and the candidate should be able to build the right plans from concept to execution. We are looking for Sales conversion experts
  • The role is a mix of Individual Contribution (IC) and Team Management.
  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Willing to work 6 days a week
  • Rotational Shift
  • 2.5 to 8 years of Direct Sales work exp (Preferably in a b2c or b2b)
  • Past entrepreneurial experience is highly valued
  • Candidate Should have excellent Communication.
  • 6 days working.
  • Job Location- Gurgaon.
