Job Description

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development process of Industrybuyings Android mobile application. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Android developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable Android applications using Kotlin/Java. Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and UI designs into fully functional and visually appealing Android app interfaces. Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and develop efficient technical solutions. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices by conducting code reviews and implementing development processes and standards. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data exchange between the Android app and server-side systems. Optimize Android app performance and responsiveness, and continuously identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with industry trends. emerging technologies, and best practices in Android app development. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the Android application. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Android developers, fostering their professional growth.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience of at least 4-5 years as an Android app developer, with a strong focus on Kotlin/Java. Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team of Android developers. Solid understanding of Android app architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in Android app UI/UX design principles. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend developers to ensure smooth data exchange. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
