Your responsibilities will include: Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives. Research and identify relevant influencers across various industries and platforms. Assist in creating campaign briefs and guidelines for influencers. Influencer Outreach and Relationship Management: Outreach to potential influencers and build strong relationships to secure partnerships. Negotiate and finalize contracts with influencers, ensuring all deliverables and expectations are clearly defined. Maintain ongoing communication with influencers to ensure successful campaign execution. Content Coordination: Coordinate the creation of high-quality content with influencers, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines. Monitor and track content delivery, ensuring it meets deadlines and quality standards. Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content ideas and concepts. Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs. Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and provide insights for future improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for influencer marketing campaigns. Track expenses and ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in advertising or influencer marketing agency. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
