Tech in Mechanical EngineeringLocation- Delhi NCR/ Ready To Relocate1. Injection Molding Shop floor Planning and control.2. Conducting a follow-up of man, machine and material for maximum utilization.3. Establishing the process parameter of molding machines.4. Improving Overall equipment efficiency by controlling rejection and down time.5. Played vital role in the implementation of Kaizen, FMEA & 5S.6. Raw material Reconciliation.7. Conducting New Mould and Machine trials.8. Handling internal customer complains9. Planning of mold change and process parameter setting and improvement.10. Knowledge of ISO Audit11. Analysis of breakdowns and Monitor all Maintenance Activity.12. To ensure the availability of stock of critical Spares.13. Undertake Preventive Maintenance, Work schedule and Procedure and maintain all record.14. Attending Breakdown of Injection Molding Machine.15. Maintain written record of all breakdown and repair allowing for analysis Machines.16. Maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electronics system.17. Monthly Preventive Maintenance of Injection Molding Machines.18. Updating of Machine History card, if major Maintenance is carried out.
