Job Description

    Outbound calls: Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential customers,introducing Fitstok and its offerings. Build rapport with potential customers and create interest in our used.bikes. Address customer concerns and objections effectively, using strong.communication skills to navigate the sales process. Identify potential sales opportunities and work towards converting them.into bookings and store visitsInbound calls: Answer incoming calls from potential customers in a courteous andprofessional manner and convert them into bookings Ans store visits. Negotiations: Negotiate with customers on call for buying/ selling at systemdefined price Develop bike expertise: Document frequent questions from customers and gain.knowledge to offer expert bike advice to customers. CRM handling: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call.details in our CRM systemOther duties as assigned: Be adaptable and willing to take on additional.channels of communicating with customers (Chat, social media etc.) thatcontribute to additional sales.Requirements && Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of experience in tele-sales Experience in automobile sales will be added advantage. Good verbal and written communication skills in English && Hindi Diploma/ Graduate degree A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new things. High sense of ownership and responsibility.
