Job Description

Consultant - Systems Specialist is responsible for providing expertise related to the design, delivery and support Global People applications integrations and SuccessFactors solutions. This role requires specialization in SAP SuccessFactors, Dell Boomi, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). This role supports the SuccessFactors module solution development including gathering business requirements from key stakeholders, identifying and implementing solutions as well as providing ongoing support both global and local stakeholders.Key accountabilitiesPlease describe the key accountabilities and approximate percentage of time spent on each below. Percentage of time should add up to 100%. Please note that 5 to 7 accountabilities are normally required to describe the role. % of TimeAccountability:50%Develop, deploy and monitor the Dell Boomi/ CPI solutions as per the architecture designed by the solution architect30%Supports SuccessFactors enhancements and other process design/re-engineeringImplementation/ roll out SuccessFactors projects (EC Lite, Qualtrics) 20%Provide L3 support to the team/ Train the team/ Train new joinerIntegration Development & SuccessFactors Solutions Design

  • Gathers business requirements, designs & implements integration solutions as identified and approved by key stakeholders, including:
  • Understanding business needs and translating into technical solutions across all SuccessFactors modules
  • Preparing functional specifications
  • Ability to run business workshops and present integration/ SuccessFactors solution architecture to all audience types
  • Collaborating with vendors, member firms, solution architects, QA, ITSG and GPTS to develop and test solutions
  • Proactively tests and resolves any issues identified with SuccessFactors enhancements
  • Provide expertise to the change board and adjust integrations/ SuccessFactors based on approved Change Requests
L3/ L4 Support
  • Responsible for resolving all SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Boomi and CPI integration & data model-related support tickets, including:
  • Assisting GPTS team with escalated tickets
  • Escalating tickets to SAP and coordinating resolution between all relevant parties (ITS Global, SAP, member firm, GPTS, etc.)
  • Proactively monitor and resolve issues from all integrations into Global People application (SFSF, Qualtrics, Degreed, etc.)
  • Provides expertise & guidance to member firms regarding inbound and outbound integrations
  • Train the team on the enhancements to SuccessFactors solutions/ integration across all portfolios

  • Knowledge of RBP Set up in SuccessFactors & Structural Authorization in SAP
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics integrations
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM, LMS, Dell Boomi, SAP CPI
Description of level of Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree and/or equivalent work experience

  • 6 to 8+ years of working experience in the Information Technology with extensive HCM Background
  • Expertise in studying and mapping existing business processes to SAP/SuccessFactors applications.
  • Expertise in implementing Single Sign On Set ups
  • Familiarity with various SuccessFactors Modules like Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Employee Central & Learning
  • Knowledge of RBP Set up in SuccessFactors & Structural Authorization in SAP
  • Good understanding of all aspects of the Human Resources business process and translation of business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders in an ambiguous landscape
