Designation : Interior Designer AutoCAD 2D/3D No. of Positions: - 15Organization Name: - Ryan Creative LivingCompany Profile: -Interior Design, Décor, Furnitures& Architectural Services.Job Description / Responsibilities:Min 5 to 7 year of Experienced Candidate, should know the skill set of AutoCAD 2D/3D1)Knowledge of Interior Designing /AutoCAD 2D/3D, Google Sketch up/Photoshop, 2D Modeling/ Drawings/ Structural Drawings/Developing detailed drawings, Layout plans, elevation and sections.2) Propose creative/competitive designs to the management to obtain more business opportunities.Plan, design & furnish interior as per client requirements.4) Estimate BOQ Equipment & technical points.5) Highly professional and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.6) Should be well versed with Co- Ordination, Technical Drawings, and Concept Design, and Design Review, timelyFollow-ups on Projects deliverable, consultant coordination, and Vendor Management.7) Be comfortable in site supervision & willing to travel all over India.8) Electrical and plumbing detail drawing, Flooring layouts, particular area designing along with detailing.9) Require for the coordinate working of the interior & exterior projects.Be able to understand clients need & coordinate with them.Software Knowledge:- Auto Cad, Photoshop, Sketch up, Revit. Ms OfficeEducation: - UG/Grad:Bachelors (Preferred), Diploma -Auto CAD, BSC Any SpecializationReq.: - Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Interior Designing.
