IT Program Management Senior AdvisorWhat you ll achieve As an IT Program Management Senior Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects, from design to delivery.You will: Manage multiple projects, typically in a single functional area, or one moderately complex project Identify opportunities for process improvements and application reliability management Provide performance feedback to key project team members Work under the guidance of IT senior managers and senior project managers and partner extensively with internal customers (i.e. product managers, project managers, business analysts, etc.) Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8 to 12 years of related experience Solid grasp of IT project management principles and techniques Demonstrable ability to lead the change in project/program/scope and engage with team members Outstanding communication and influencing skillsExceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills Desirable Requirements Bachelor s degree and proven working experience in project managementFormal program management qualification (e.g. PMI),Ability to collaborate with diverse project teams across the globe, experience in working in Agile (SCRUM) Methodology, familiarity with compliance/privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and programs that curate customer data and experience with industry standard tools and processes in and around Privacy, such as Archer,
