IT Startegy Consultant - Contract Position for 4-6 monthsRequirement: Strategy development & cost reduction for an IT service companies for an MBB firmContract Duration: 4-6 monthsLocation: DelhiEducation: IIM/ ISB/ FMS/ SP Jain/ MDI/ NMIIMS - We are looking to close this requirement in the next 2 weeks and expect the consultant to join us within 2 weeksRoles:- Build and maintain relationships with clients.- Working with clients to understand and evaluate strategic options ahead of key investment decisions; helping clients identify the optimum business, organizational, or commercial models to more effectively deliver their objectives;- Analysis of the financial implications of different options, including development of scenarios and stress testing;- Strategic cost reduction: helping clients determine where, and how, to cut costs whilst seeking to enhance delivery and achieve policy outcomes;- Supporting clients to understand the required change, the challenges of implementation, and adjusting the strategy in response.- Rigorous and insightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy development and change; Tools, skills and frameworks: developing an understanding of effective tools, skills and frameworks that can be brought to bear on new client problems, deploying them appropriately - Supporting the management of the practice and successful business development.,
