Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Provide IT support to professionals based across the organization.
    • Work collaboratively with the different teams, fostering a good working relationship and providing support where required.
    • Act as liaison between the business and software/solutions vendors including, but not limited to;
    1. Endpoint protection
    2. Firewalls/network security
    3. Microsoft 365
    4. Managed Wi-Fi
    5. External data storage
    6. Digital Telephony/soft phones
    • Identify change requirements and cost improvements.
    • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
    • Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.
    • Log bugs and enhancement request
    • Responsible to configure, manageand maintain voicetechnologies.
    • Performing administration actions on the dialer,including third party vendor coordination andmaintenance.
    • Daily administration of Dialer & relatedapplications. Troubleshooting dialer issues andcommunicating with all levelsof management.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Minimum 1 years experience in IT Support, Network Engineering and Dialer Support with IT/BPO services company,
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work under own initiative with effective time management skills.
    • Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
    • Experienced in IT Infrastructure, Hardware and Software solutions.
    • Excellent Knowledge of Desktops/Laptops Windows OS & Applications installation &Troubleshooting
    • Excellent Knowledge of Cloud Agent Dialer for Voice/SIP/Chat.
    • Knowledge of Wi-Fi Routers, Switch configuration & Troubleshooting. Knowledge of LAN troubleshooting
    • Experience with Internet VPNs Remote implementation, troubleshooting & Problem resolution.
    • Monitoring Network Devices like Network Switches.
    • Diploma or Graduation in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
    • Daily & monthly generation of MIS report.
    • Must have excellent working knowledge of excel.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good analytical skill of MIS & reporting to management.
