Job Description

    Designation: Junior -Executive EAMPlanning & caring out preventive maintenance Facility, of Discovery Chemistry, Discovery biology and utilities equipment like Fume Hood, Rotavapor, HVAC, Electrical panel, Vacuum pump, Air compressor etc. Key Responsibilities:
    • Planning& caring out preventive maintenance Facility, of Discovery Chemistry, Discovery biology and utilities equipment like Fume Hood, Rotavapor, HVAC, Electrical panel, Vacuum pump, Air compressor etc.
    • Maintain the equipment s with zero breakdown time and identify the root cause for any abnormalities for all DC/DB Labs & Utility area.
    • Ensure Sop s, Validation protocols, Preventive Maintenance and calibration schedules are followed for facility equipment s, premises, utility, and electrical installations by engineering team as per QMS.
    • Having knowledge about AHU, Chillers.
    • Conduct troubleshooting and identify problems by observing instrument/electrical devices in operation
    • Establish and optimize process control strategies, and control and troubleshooting related systems such as PLCs, SCADA and HMIs and Building Automation System
    • Inspect and troubleshooting the operation of instruments and electrical systems to diagnose faults and verify repairs.
    • Evaluating systems safety, reliability, and performance
    • Ensure to compliance Statutory ulatory requirements.
    • Implementation of New developments (Any CAPA) Coordination for Physical Verification and Asset tagging.
    • Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self.
    Technical/functional Skills: Good knowledge on Pharma/Biotech industry environment. Knowledge in GMP sterile facility quality system (DI, Deviation and change management). Knowledge in guidelines like ASME- BPE, EU GMP, ISO 14644, ALCOA principle. Bioprocess/Sterile operations will be plus. AutoCAD skills will be plus. Possess the knowledge and exposure to EHSS practices.Experience: 3-6 yearsEducation: BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Diploma in ME /electrical engineering,
