Build business by identifying right customer for Works with the technical sales and support trams for achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long term goals in line with company s vision and value. perform engineering inspection, measurement, applicable material selection of an existing product and figuring out how it works. new product development, product marketing. Provide new mechanical design and development products for hardware equipment and industrial parts industries. Performs in a team environment with engineers from different Disciplines and nationalities Troubleshooting products working with manufacturing and service personnel and improving manufacturing and serviceability. Develops and recommends changes to the manufacturing process Working with other groups on value engineering initiatives to reduce product costs and improve design performance Supports moderately complex engineering assignments Engineering Drawing Preparation Provide technical guidance to management, if necessary Product upgrade and reduced service failures and cost consulting marketing staff Record production details of small and large projects Provides leadership and management to a group of design engineers Investigate, develop and implement a key range of new process technologies Identify and procure appropriate process equipment.
