Job Description

    Job BriefWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented KYC Senior Executive to join our team in the fast-paced environment of the stock market. In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting and enhancing KYC operations. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of the various activities carried out by the KYC operations department, coupled with the ability to compile and present critical information through daily Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management.Key Responsibility KYC Operations Support: Assist in the smooth execution of KYC services like: Account opening, Re-KYC, Modification, E-KYC, C-KYC, Coordinate with branch offices to smooth allocation of work. Client Management: Has to be good to address client queries over the call and email. Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including compliance officers and relationship managers, to resolve KYC-related queries. Fostering effective communication to. streamline processes, address operational concerns and initiate tech automation for the same. MIS Reporting: Compile and deliver daily MIS reports for senior management, offering insights into key performance indicators and operational trends. Process Understanding & Data Analysis: Analyze KYC data to identify discrepancies, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for KYC operations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of client documentation also for audits and regulatory compliance. Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure KYC and DP operations align with all applicable rules and regulations. Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance awareness of KYC procedures and compliance requirements. Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving regulatory standards.Job Specification Job Function: Stock Market Operations Industry: Fintech / Stock Broking / Finance Department: KYC Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate / NISM Certificate will be added. Job Location: Indore (Work from Office) Number of position: 2 Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 5 years Salary: depends on experience or on last withdrawal. Reporting to: Head of the department / Manager Evaluation Period: 90 days from the date of joining.
