Job Description

To ensure that the blood bank lab works smoothly.
To help the staff in the donor room in times of emergency.
To help the other senior staff in the preparation of blood components.
To perform routine laboratory work in the red cell serology area.
To work in component separation and TTD-screening lab when designated.
To participate and contribute to l quality initiatives of the department.
To be aware of departments performance and objective.
To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
To adhere the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient and staff safety rules
To perform any job/work as and when assigned by the superior
