Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment strategies.2. Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.3. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.4. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for. future positions.5. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.7. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values and culture to potential candidates.8. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process and tools continuously.9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.Qualifications:1. Bachelors/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or Recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring professionals.3. Experience in recruiting for Law Firms or Consulting Firms is a significant advantage.4. Strong knowledge of Recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.7. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.8.
