Job Description

    - You will be primarily responsible for execution of internal communications function to ensure alignment and engagement of employees across Divisions covering employees Pan India. Focus on promoting effective communications among people within an organization, involves producing and delivering messages and campaigns on behalf of management, as well as facilitating a dialogue with the people who make up the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with stakeholders.- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.- Have a good pulse of the organization, being proactive and suggesting ideas, plans and initiatives to align employees with overall organization vision and direction.- Be a change agent to drive engagement and support business priorities.- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin.- Storyboard or translate ideas to successfully execute campaigns with help of eternal agencies.- Use social media to communicate with the organization internally.- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization and align with external communication messages.- Drive manager and executive communications by developing an annual calendar of communication initiatives.Qualification And Experience:i. 10+ years experience in strategizing and executing internal communications.ii. Experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders and building networks to deliver resultsiii. Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in strategic and creative design and execution of organizational brand building, marketing, and communicationsiv. Ability to work independently and responsibly while managing multiple projects simultaneouslyv. Ability to influence stakeholders in an inclusive manner.vi.
